DMP Early Learning is a community based not-for-profit early childhood service, providing services to Launceston and surrounding area families.

We invest in our environments, educator training and centre resources to benefit children and the local community.

Our service is centrally located with easy drop off and pick-up parking.

DMP Early Learning has a proud and significant history in the city of Launceston. 

DMP has operated on our current site on the corner of Margaret and Canning Streets Launceston since 1977.

 

Our Early Childhood Educators and Support Staff 

DMP Child Care Association Inc employs a team of professional, experienced and trained educators. Our educators are committed to maintaining consistency of care for children and continue to collaborate with families to provide learning experiences that are fun and exciting. for their children.

We are committed to the safety, participation, and empowerment of all children.

Communication

Everybody has a different communication style and time that works best for them. We understand that mornings and afternoons can be a little rushed, and not always the best time for you to discuss your child’s day.

We have many types of communication we use for families, which include;

  • emails

  • phone calls

  • curriculum boards in each room

  • door and family information board postings

  • our web site

  • however our preferred communication style is face to face 

 

Policies and Procedures

You will find copies of our policies at reception and invite are welcome our parents to sit and read through these at any time.

We encourage parent participation and are always open to discussion and take time to listen to your views.
